Our Quality Approach
The infrastructure and service provided by ASPA Fabrication in terms of quality ensure customer satisfaction in the best way. As we work continuously with international companies, we work in accordance with all quality standards. ASPA Fabrication guarantees working within the specified standard and tolerance.
All projects whic are submitted to ASPA Fabrication for evaluation enter the quality process after detailed technical evaluation. In addition to our versatile quality procedure as standard, we create special ITPs (Inspection Test Plans) that can be vary for each project. First, we make an evaluation based on the information and technical specifications we receive from our customers. Then we create a comprehensive quality file that includes all the details.
In our comprehensive quality file, there are documents that contain all the process and technical information from the input quality control of the incoming materials to the shipment stage. Our quality control documents, whic are determined in detail by our engineers in our quality control office, are transferred to our competent quality control technicians in the field. A dedicated quality control technician is assigned for each project, who checks your project all day. In this way, we minimize all risks that may occur during the manufacturing phase. Our QC (Quality Control) and QA (Quality Assurance) systems are carried out in accordance with the standards set by international quality systems.
We request certificates according to EN 10204 for all the raw materials we use in our production. All of our welders are certified according to EN ISO 9606-1 for Inox and Steel welding and according to EN ISO 9606- 2 for Aluminium welding. Our surface treatment activities such as passivation, polishing, galvanization, powder coating, painting, cataphoresis coating,anadic oxidation,hard chromium plating etc. are monitored, measured and controlled by certified inspectors.
One of the standard services we provide to our customers in all our projects is our traceable. We share weekly reports and images of the products with our customers throughout the production period. In addition, we can share with you on a daily basis or at a frequency determined according to the request of our customers.
We also apply all kind of NDT (Non-destructive Tests) such as Visual inspection (VT), Liquid penetrant inspection (PT), Magnetic particle testing (MT), Radiographic inspection (RT), Ultrasonic testing (UT) or other required methods like tension test, pressure test, hardness test, fatigue test, impact test,, etc. determined at the technical specifications and ITPs (Inspection Test Plans) of the projects.

ASPA Fabrication has five different certificates from the proven accredited certification establishment. It aims to complete its deficiencies by proving itself by passing audits each year.
ISO 9001: 2015 | Quality Management Systems
ASPA Fabrication not limit the applicability of ISO 9001:2015 standards in the manufacturing quality process. In addition, it complies with the requirements of these standards from the most basic unit of company management to all units.
ISO 10002: 2014 | Customer Satisfaction and Guidelines for Handling Complaints in Establishments
Customer satisfaction is very important for ASPA Fabrication. We have demonstrated this importance by obtaining our ISO 10002: 2014 certificate. The fact that we have worked with many international companies allows us to be experienced and to know customer needs. According to ISO 10002:2014 standards, all complaints from customers are recorded in the database. In this way, we aim to minimize complaints by providing continuous training to our quality control employees about the mistakes that are usually made in the manufacturing process. We are working sensetively so that the same mistakes do not happen again in the future. ISO 3834-2: 2005 | Quality Requirements for Fusion Welding of Metallic Materials
Aspa Fabrication implements ISO 3834-2: 2005 Requirements in a disciplined manner with all relevant standards for Welding Quality Assurance in order to ensure proper product quality and final products to be packaged.Our welds are carried out by our certified and experienced welders by doing preliminary work by our welding engineers who have an International welding engineering diploma. Also, our quality control team minimizes all errors that may occur from the beginning to the end of the project. In order to eliminate loss of time by providing continuous control during production, strict controls are applied for the continuous correct progress of the production within the tolerances determined in the technical specifications. We manufacture different types of metals such as steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Each material has its own welding method and standard. We can easily access all standardized source information in our extensive WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) library. Also, our Welding Engineers can prepare WPS for a special weld as soon as possible. Welds are applied by required WPQ (Welder Performance Qualification) certified welders.
OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
Ensuring the health and safety of employees in the workplace should be the priority of every responsible organization. OHSAS 18001 is the only international standard that defines the requirements of the management system for occupational health and safety. Within the scope of the management system established in accordance with OHSAS 18001, health and safety risks in a workplace are identified and accident risks are reduced. It is one of the main objectives of our establishment to minimize risks by ensuring that all standards are implemented and by providing continuous training to employees.
