●CUTTING
●Sheet Metal Cutting

1.1.1 CNC LASER CUTTING
In a fiber laser, a cutting process takes place as follows: The laser beams produced in the resonator are conveyed by fiber cable and transferred to the processing surface perfectly. The cutting process begins when the auxiliary gas used (Oxygen, Nitrogen or Dry Air) and the laser beam come into contact with the metal surface. With the help of axes with micron precision the shape of the relevant part is drawn on the machining surface and the cutting process is realized. While these processes are taking place, a perfect automation and perfect cutting parameters work in the background.

1.1.2. PLASMA CUTTING
Plasma cutting is the application of hot and accelerated plasma to the surface to be cut, thanks to a material with high electrical conductivity. With this cutting technique, materials such as aluminum, steel, sheet metal, copper can be cut very sharply and smoothly. Plasma Cutting Devices have found a place in many areas of the industry, from large industrial companies to hobby workshops, thanks to their high-speed and precise cutting and low operating cost.

1.1.3. GUILLOTINE
The guillotine shear service makes many faultless cuts in a short time. It obtains more efficiency from the products with its faultless cutting. It is one of the easy and economical ways of making rectangular or square cutting of sheet metal plates. We use CNC automatic guillotine machines for shearing sheet metal.

1.1.4. PUNCH CUTTING
It is a technology that can be an alternative solution tool in cases where cost is more important. It is the process of removing the requested product from the sheet metal precisely with the help of CNC and with the help of molds. In addition, the sheet metal forming process, which is not possible with laser cutting technology, can also be done with this technology. We prefer it especially in stainless cuts and perforated cuts in terms of reducing costs.

1.1.5 WATER JET CUTTING MACHINE 
Since water jets are cold working, they do not cause heat-induced problems (such as burn marks or dark cut edges, flatness and deformation). Another advantage of the water jet is that it can make perfect cuts of sensitive thick materials that cannot be cut with a laser. With the water jet cutting machine, marble, granite, ceramic, laminated glass, stainless steel, aluminum and all hard metals are cut in easily determined dimensions. With this state-of-the-art machine, we can cut even the hardest metals without difficulty or damage.

1.2 PROFILE CUT 

1.2.1 SAW MACHINE 

The new generation saws are designed to meet all the different requirements of customers. These saw machines allow you to cut many different materials.

1.2.2 TUBE and PIPE LASER CUTTING MACHINE 

Laser cutting offers high precision cutting. Laser cutting machines can not only cut but also drill and bend holes on the material. Therefore, it significantly increases the production speed. Since lasers allow cutting up to 5 axes, impossible shapes can be obtained with a laser.

2.1 CNC Press Brake Bending

Cnc press brake is a sheet metal forming machine that bends the sheet metal raw material into the desired form. With this method, we can bring your materials to the desired form with precision.

2.2 ROLL BENDING MACHINE

It is often used to create cylindrical shapes with sheet metal.

2.3 RAM BENDING MACHINE 

It is generally used for bending square pipes.

2.4 ROTARY BENDING MACHINE

It is used for low tolerance and sensitive works. It can give the best results in narrow diameter bending applications.

3- WELDING

3.1 GAS METAL WELDING

The welding which is to be done can be done in any desired position. Since the electrode feeding continues non-stop, long weld seams can be drawn non-stop. We can do all kinds of welding with our certified welders.

3.2 TIG (ARGON) KAYNAĞI

Welding can be welded with tıg kaynağı. It is a versatile welding method that can be used for all materials and applications. The main application area is stainless steel, aluminum and nickel alloys.

3.3 ROBOTİC WELDING

Robotic welding ensures the welding quality. However, Robotic Welding cannot automatically provide the most efficient and highest quality welds. There are some important points to consider such as proper wire, correct fixture, compatible gun and consumables. With robotic welding, we can weld even the thinnest stainless steel materials with high precision and without deformation.

3.4 ORBITAL WELDING

It is very difficult to achieve the highest quality and safety standards using manual welding. Orbital welding provides reliable welding of repeatable quality using a wide range of different techniques. It is performed to a high standard even when used on unusual materials, small diameter pipes and even in a harsh working environment.

Thanks to its ability to achieve high purity results, orbital welding is used for the semiconductor industry, the production of clean room components, food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical engineering, automotive engineering, biotechnology, power plant construction, shipbuilding and aerospace, for various industries such as pipe and equipment construction that is especially preferred.,

  1. SURFACE TREATMENT

4.1 SANDBLASTING

Sandblasting is a method applied to remove the oil, dirt, rust and corrosion on the metal due to rust and corrosion over time, and to extend the service life of the metal with coating processing. Sandblasting is done with a variety of abrasive materials called grit, which are specially manufactured. Although sandblasting destroys the rust and corrosion seen on the metal surface or in micronized sizes, it significantly increases the coating quality if it is done before the coating operation.

5.1 HOT-DIP GALVANIZING

Hot-dip galvanizing method is the most logical method of protecting steel. As the name suggests, the hot-dip method takes place by immersing iron or steel in hot pools filled with liquid zinc.

 As a result of this method, the metal is covered with an armor measured in microns. This armor prevents corrosion even in many atmospheric environments. A hot-dip-applied design can maintain its first-day resistance for years without the need for maintenance and repair.

5.2 ELECTRO GALVANIZING 

Electro galvanizing is a different process than hot-dip galvanizing. Electro galvanized surfaces have a very high protection rate against impacts. It is quite common for materials coated with this method to resist minor scratches. Even against these small scratches, the material can repair itself and the scratch disappears. While such protection is not possible in other methods, it is possible with electro galvanized coating. It forms an alloy on the surface of the material by forming a chemical bond the coated material and zinc. This alloy makes the materials more resistant to impacts.

5.3 METALLIZATION

It is the application of any metal in the form of wire into molten and accelerated metal droplets with the help of temperature and pressure (thermal spray) on a desired surface and forming a dense protective layer on the surface.

5.4 SHOP PRIMER COATING

Due to its very good adhesion, it creates a solid base for the paints to be applied on it. It is used as a first coat primer to provide high corrosion protection on metal surfaces.

5.5 POWDER COATING 

The powder coated metal surface is baked with 180-200 degrees high temperature to cure the paint and thus a painted surface that becomes a part of the metal is obtained.

The resulting coating exhibits excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion, chemical influences and impacts.

5.6 CATAPHORESIS COATING

It is an electrochemical paint coating method made with wet application. This method has performances far above the methods such as electrostatic powder and electrostatic wet paint against corrosion and impact.

In powder and wet paint applications; While there are painting problems depending on the part shape, cataphoresis paint creates the same corrosion resistance on interior and exterior surfaces independent of the part geometry.

Packaging is one of the most sensitive points of our company.  After manufacturing the product in the best way, it is as important as the quality of manufacturing that your product comes to you in good condition.  First, we learn about our customers’ demands and expectations for packaging.  In this way, adding our own professionalism, the most suitable way of packing your products is achieved.  We have different packaging methods for each product type and shipment type.  We do sample packaging work and pack with customer approval.  Loading is as important as packaging.  We load in the safest and most ergonomic way to prevent damage to the products.  Our shipment layout plan is shared by our engineers in 3D.

As ASPA Fabrication, we work meticulously from the beginning to the end of the production. Procurement of suitable materials is considered as a process that proceeds with strict controls in manufacturing and results in the preparation of comprehensive quality files at the end of the project. Our company, which has ISO 3834-2 Certificate, applies the Quality Control procedures specified in these standards for each production as required by its obligation.



We not only adhere to standard quality procedures but also create custom ITPs (Inspection Test Plans) for each project based on the Technical Specifications provided by the Customer. Even if it is not requested by the customer, we always prepare a basic quality documentation for every project.

 

We request certificates according to EN 10204 for all the raw materials we use in our production.

 

The entire quality control process, from Material Acceptance to truck loading, is managed, implemented and recorded by Certified Inspectors and International / European Welding Engineers.

 

We assure the quality of a welded production by determining the competence level of the welders according to the EN ISO 9606-1 certificate and making the production according to the approved welding procedure specifications.

 

Coating activities are also monitored, measured and controlled by Certified Auditors.

 

We can perform all kinds of NDT (Non-Destructive Test) tests or other necessary tests determined in the technical specifications of the project.

 

Traceability of production is guaranteed by our comprehensive quality control procedure. All documents related to all productions are kept retrospectively for 10 years.

 

ASPA FABRICATION’s quality system is periodically audited by International Accredited Certification Bodies.
